USCG Petty Officer Scott Duckworth holds the Summer Times while on duty in the Persian Gulf. He spent  15 years working search and rescue missions out of Point Judith Station and Block Island. “I spent many summers on the island with my family, and miss it more than I can describe,” says Duckworth, who stays in touch with old shipmate and island resident Tim Keane.
